OUR AGENCY
TrueNorth is a trauma-informed care agency that strives to create a safe environment of trusting relationships and a culture of hope and healing where all will thrive. As a result of our exceptional service reputation and proven evidence-based outcomes, our organization has grown substantially over the years – operating across nine counties throughout Central Pennsylvania.
Customizing our behavioral health and wellness services to support our clients’ needs has, and always will be, our first priority. Quite simply, we are a partner in their success – working together to develop their own individual wellness plan.
OUR SERVICES
Children’s Services
We offer counseling to children and families in office, in the home, and in schools. In addition, we operate our Amazing Kid’s Club, serving children ages 2 to 21 with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Counseling Services
TrueNorth offers a variety of options for counceling. Services are available to all ages at locations across Central PA. Education and Prevention
TrueNorth also offers educational prevention services in the schools and community. In addition, we offer adult counseling for substance use disorders, as well as, provide court mandated treatment services.
Community Support
Helping individuals with persistent, chronic psychiatric illness, our Community Support Services allow clients to become independent members of the community. Services include assisted/supportive living and social rehabilitation programming.

TrueNorth offers such a wide variety of services in order to meet the behavioral health needs of everyone in our community. Additional services include our 24/7 Emergency Crisis Hotline and walk-in center, partial hospitalization programming, community outreach services and more.
